We stand by our product!
The Manufacturer warrants all new products to the original purchaser against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase subject to the following conditions:
- This warranty will only be honored if the original sales receipt or a copy is returned with the product. Please fill out the enclosed warranty card and return as soon as possible after the unit has been installed.
- This warranty does not cover any unit that has been substituted, modified or tampered with
- This warranty does apply to the tank
- This warranty applies to units properly installed and exposed only to normal use and service
- All units returned for warranty claims or repairs must be returned postage prepaid to the manufacturer not to the dealer.
- This warranty does not cover installation or removal cost or consequent damages incurred from use or installation of system.
Diesel Performance Products, a division of KAL Enterprises Inc. expressly disclaims liability of any and all consequential damages occasioned by the use of this product and the breach of any written or implied warranty pertaining to this sale in excess of the purchase price of the product sold.
The purchaser and user assumes all risks and liabilities associated with and resulting from the installation and use of this product. |
